About Seashore MD
Dr. Smolinsky is a dedicated, compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist with 20 years of clinical and surgical experience in the field. Board certified since 2009, she is accredited by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a Certified Provider of The Menopause Society, recognizing her expertise in menopause care and women’s health.
Seashore MD was established to provide expert gynecologic care with a special focus on the perimenopausal and menopausal years. Dr. Smolinsky believes in understanding the root cause of symptoms in order to treat the whole person, not just the surface issue. During this unique phase of life, where hormonal shifts and body changes can feel confusing, she offers a personalized approach because there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
In addition to gynecologic care and hormone therapy, Dr. Smolinsky also offers modern wellness treatments like Emsella for pelvic floor health, Emsculpt NEO for body contouring, and IV therapy for hydration and energy support. We offer virtual and in-person consultations to make access to care more convenient. By combining clinical expertise with innovative services, she helps each client build a treatment plan that fits their needs, lifestyle, and long-term goals.

Dr Adi Smolinsky- MD, FACOG, MSCP
Dr. Smolinsky is passionately dedicated to advancing women’s health through a personalized, integrative approach that reflects her deep commitment to caring for the whole woman—physically, emotionally, and preventatively. Born and raised in Israel, she earned her medical degree cum laude from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, and completed her OB/GYN residency at Saint Peter’s University Hospital/Drexel University in New Jersey. Her international training and diverse life experience have shaped a uniquely global perspective on care, which she now brings to her solo practice.
Driven by a vision to establish a holistic women’s health center, Dr. Smolinsky is building a space where traditional gynecological care is enriched by functional and preventive medicine, supporting women throughout all phases of life—from adolescence through menopause and beyond. She believes that true wellness comes from addressing not only immediate concerns but also the long-term prevention of issues such as bone and muscle loss, hormonal imbalance, and lifestyle-related conditions. By founding her own practice, she has created the time and space to offer this kind of in-depth, individualized care. When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Smolinsky enjoys hiking, biking, gardening, and sharing good food with her husband, four children, and their hyperactive puppy.
Ruthann Huttula – Office Administrator
With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Ruthann is a seasoned and invaluable professional whose career spans a broad spectrum of healthcare environments—from hospital settings at Riverview Medical Center to private medical practices. Since day one, she has been an integral part of our office, bringing not only a wealth of administrative and clinical knowledge but also new ideas of how to grow and develop the office.
Known affectionately as our “Chaos Organizer,” Ruthann has a unique ability to bring order to complexity. As a trusted patient liaison, she blends compassion, communication, and professionalism to create a welcoming and responsive healthcare environment.
Beyond her professional life, Ruthann is a proud mother to three daughters—all of whom have followed her path into the medical field—and the beloved grandmother of nine beautiful grandchildren. Her family, along with her spirited puppy named Henry, are sources of joy and inspiration in her life.
Ruthann’s dedication, initiative, and continual desire to grow are at the heart of everything she does. Her presence is not just appreciated – it’s essential. We simply couldn’t imagine the office without her.
Diana Ulke – Patient Service Representative
I truly enjoy working in women’s health and feel grateful to be part of a team that supports patients through every stage of life. As a patient care representative, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where every person feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in themselves. I love connecting with patients, helping them feel at ease, and making sure they leave feeling supported and valued. Outside of the office, I’m a proud mom to my 8 year old son, who brings so much joy and energy to my life. I enjoy staying active, working out, and spending quality time with friends and family. The beach is my peaceful place where I go to relax, recharge and reflect.

Ana Acerra – Medical Assistant
Ana is certified as a Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Phlebotomy Technician (CPT), Electrocardiogram Technician (CET), and Patient Care Technician (CPCT) through NHA. She brings hands-on experience in patient care, medical procedures, and administrative support, with a strong focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Previously a high school computer teacher, Ana is highly skilled with electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinical technology. She has clinical experience in primary care in Middletown, NJ, and is passionate about gynecology and urogynecology. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to supporting women’s health at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys tennis, traveling, and spending time with family. She completed her medical training at ACI, NJ, and also studied Computer Science and Information Technology in Education at Galileo University.
