Dr Smolinsky is a dedicated, compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist with 20 years of clinical and surgical experience in the field. Board certified since 2009, accredited by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Seashore MD was established to provide general gynecological care with a special focus on the perimenopausal and menopausal years. Dr. Smolinsky believes in identifying the root cause of symptoms to guide treatment, especially during this stage of life, when hormonal shifts and physical changes create a kind of “no man’s land” where no single solution works for everyone. By focusing on each patient’s unique symptoms and concerns, and conducting a thorough evaluation, Dr. Smolinsky works with you to create a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle.

Currently, we do not accept health insurances.
We do provide medical bills that can be submitted to the insurance company for possible reimbursement. Pap smears, lab cultures, and imaging will be submitted and billed through the insurance. We offer virtual and in-person consultations for added convenience and flexibility.
- New Patient Annual exam - $325, Established patient - $250
- New Adolescence annual exam – $275, Established Patient - $225
- New Patient consultation -$ 550 (Includes intake visit and blood work, followed by a consultation)
- Weight loss program consultation $325, follow-up visit $150 every 3 months.

Although more insurance companies are reimbursing patients for Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, there is no guarantee. You will be responsible for payment in full at the time of your BHRT procedure (see fee schedule below).

Upon request, we will give you the appropriate paperwork so you can file for reimbursement with your health insurance company.
